高低溫冷熱沖擊試驗(yàn)箱

產(chǎn)品用途:

廣泛應(yīng)用于半導(dǎo)體器件、電子產(chǎn)品、塑膠五金部件和其他設(shè)備在周圍大氣溫度急劇變化條件下的適應(yīng)性試驗(yàn)。

Widely used in the semiconductor, electronic products, plastic and metal parts as well as other armaments adaption test under the ambient air temperature rapidly changing conditions.

產(chǎn)品介紹:

1、可由測試孔外加負(fù)載配線測試部件；

2、大型彩屏觸控摸式電腦控制系統(tǒng)，操作簡易，具有異常及故障排除顯示功能。運(yùn)行狀態(tài)一目了然；

3、全封閉進(jìn)口壓縮機(jī)+環(huán)保冷媒，板式冷熱交換器與二元式超低溫冷凍系統(tǒng)；

4、控制器具有通訊接口，也可加裝長崎記錄器，具有USB轉(zhuǎn)存及232或485通訊接口等多種記錄形式?？蛇B接電腦遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控和用長崎上位機(jī)軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)分析及打印報(bào)表！提高工作效率；

5、可獨(dú)立設(shè)定高溫、低溫及冷熱沖擊三種功能，執(zhí)行冷熱沖擊條件時(shí)，具有高低溫試驗(yàn)機(jī)的功能；

6、可按設(shè)定的工作指令自動(dòng)提前預(yù)冷、預(yù)熱、待機(jī)功能;并可設(shè)定循環(huán)次數(shù)及除霜次數(shù)，自動(dòng)(手動(dòng))除霜！

1、It’s OK to test the components by conductor arrangement from the outside of the test hole.

2、Large multi-colors touch screen computer driven system Easy to work and with trouble shoot function. The running status is clear.

3、Imported closed compressor&environment-friendly refrigerant.plate heat exchanger and two-dimensional cryogenic ally frozen refrigeration system.

4、The controller has communication interface. You also can add the Changqi recorder, with USB and 232 or 485 communication interface and other record form.It can be connected to computer remote real-time monitoring and data analysis and reporting on the Nagasaki PC software! work more efficiently.

5、Three functions including high & low temperature as well as temperature impacting could be independently set in advance, whenever carrying out the temperature impacting, it could have the function of high & low temperature testing machine.

6、Automatically preheating,precooking and stand-by function could be carried out based on the working order setting, recycling and defrosting times could also be set, defrosting can be taking manually or automatically.
